Preparation of Mango Jelly

 Mango jelly is a tasty food. It can be easily prepared through a number of steps. At first mangoes are bought from market. Next they ate sorted out removing the rotten ones. The fresh mangoes are cleaned with water. The clean mangoes are boiled. Then they are smashed and passed through a sieved. Sugar is added to it and it is boiled again. Essence is added to make it flavour. Now jelly is prepared. Then it is filled into sterilized bottles. Finally the bottles are sealed and labelled. They are packed in boxes and sent to ships for sale.
