Preparation of Mango Pickle


 Mango Pickle is a deliciuos (tasty) food. It can be prepared at home through a number of stages. Green mangoes are bought from market. The fresh mangoes are sorted out removing the rotten ones. They are then cleaned in water and cut into pieces. Then the pieces are dried for some days in the sun. Various species,salt, mustard oil and chilli are mixed with the pieces of mangoes. Then the mixture is kept on a big flat pot in the sun for some days. Thus mango pickle is prepared.

It is then bottled for future use (It is then poured into clean jars for storage).
