                   Mustard oil is an important item of our daily food. We cannot cook fish, meat or vegetables without it. The preparation of edible oil from mustard seeds goes through a number of steps. At first mustard seeds are bought from market. They are properly cleaned and dried in the sun for a few weeks. Then the dried seeds are put into a hawler (bowl). A little water is added to the seeds. The seeds are crushed in the hawler. Then the oil cakes are separated. The oil comes through a channel. Oil is then collected in containers.

At last the containers are sealed. Now mustard oil is ready for sale.
