              Jagadish Chandra Bose was a great scientist. He was born on 30th November in 1858 at Rarikhal in Maymensingh, in Bangladesh. His father name was Sri Bhagaban Chndra Bose. Jagadish Chandra Bose received his early education in a village pathsala at Faridpur. Later he came to Kolkata. He was admitted to ST Xavier’s School. He took his B.A. Degree from ST Xavier’s College. He went to London for higher studies. He took his B.Sc  and DSc degree from Cambridge University.Then he returned to India. He joined Presidency College, Kolkata, as a professor of Physics. He discovered plant life. He invented wireless telegraph. He set up(founded) the Bose Institute in Kolkata. The great scientist passed away on 23rd November, 1937. His death created a vacuum in the field of science.(The vacuum created by his death is not likely to be filled up.)
