Sir,
With due respect I would like to inform you that heaps of garbage have been lying here and there on the main road for a long time. There is no dustbin and the refuse of the neighbours is thrown on the road. The roads are not swept regularly. The rotten garbage emits bad smell all around. It has become the breeding ground of flies and mosquitoes. Flies and mosquitoes have naturally multiplied. Malaria and dengue have already broken out.
I, therefore, appeal to you to take proper steps for the immediate removal of garbage and oblige thereby.
